Michaels Aibangbee (JP) | Psychotherapist, PACFA

Michaels is a PACFA registered Psychotherapist with experience working with diverse demography including children, teenagers, adults, families, couples and groups. In his practice, he adopts an individualised approach with each client drawing from a wide range of therapeutic modalities including Person-Centred, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, ACT, Solution Focussed, Family Systems, Couples Coaching and Emotionally Focussed Therapy. His experience also spans the capacity to work with a diverse ethnic and multicultural population in one-on-one and groups settings.

Michaels is an academic researcher in the field of health sciences, and a PhD candidate at the School of Health Sciences, Western Sydney University. Michaels is also a Mental Health First Aid accredited instructor and combines these vast experiences in his engagement and approach with his clients.

Michaels expresses, "My passion is to support my client by walking alongside and collaboratively delivering a fresh and balanced perspective in their journey towards healing and self-actualisation."
