Service Description

This 5 to 15 person group is a 12-week group psychotherapy session. It requires the minimum number for the group to commence. Full payment of $840 (i.e. $70 x 12 sessions) is required at registration. Unlike individual therapy, Group therapy helps individuals develop communication skills and socialization skills, and allows clients to learn how to express their issues and accept criticism from others. Group therapy allows individuals to develop self-awareness by listening to others with similar issues.
