Service Description

This psychotherapy group meets every two weeks for 12 sessions and accommodates 5 to 12 participants. The group will begin once the minimum of 5 participants is reached. The fee is $77 per session, totaling $924 for the full program. Payment can be made in full at registration or arranged in 12 weekly installments. Please note that registration confirms your commitment to all 12 sessions. Unlike individual therapy, Group therapy helps individuals develop communication skills and socialisation skills, and allows clients to learn how to express their issues and accept criticism from others. Group therapy allows individuals to develop self-awareness by listening to others with similar issues.
