Group Supervision

Group therapy provides individuals with the opportunity to engage in therapeutic work within a supportive group setting, guided by a qualified therapist. In a safe, caring, and confidential environment, group members explore emotions, beliefs, and behaviors while sharing and learning from the experiences of others. This setting encourages mutual support, fosters connection, and promotes a deeper understanding of oneself and others.

People may join group therapy for a wide range of reasons—from coping with major life challenges or past trauma to addressing symptoms of depression or anxiety, or simply seeking personal growth and greater self-awareness. Group therapy may be short-term, lasting just a few sessions, or long-term, depending on the goals of the participants and the focus of the group. Through shared experiences and collective insight, group therapy can be a powerful path toward healing and change.
